Fifteen minutes per person, and we send a sign-up schedule ahead of time so nobody stands around waiting. A team of twelve is a half morning. We need about 30 minutes to set up before the first session and 20 to pack out.

A cleared area roughly 15 by 8 feet with a standard outlet — a conference room, a wide hallway, or an unused corner all work. We bring our own lighting and backdrop, so we are not relying on your windows or overheads. If you would rather use your own space as the background, we can do that too; tell us in advance and we will scout it.

It happens on nearly every shoot, and it is already handled. We archive the exact lighting, background and colour setup from your session, so anyone who misses it can come to our West Omaha studio within 60 days for a makeup sitting at $150. Their portrait drops into your directory looking identical to everyone else's — nobody can tell who was there on the day and who was not.

If several people miss the session, we will schedule a short return visit to your office instead. And if someone needs to appear in a group photo they missed, we can composite them in from their makeup sitting, quoted separately.

Yes, and this is the main reason clients come back to us. Your lighting diagram, background, camera position and colour profile are kept on file. A new-hire session next spring is photographed to those exact settings, so the directory stays uniform instead of slowly drifting into a patchwork. New-hire sittings are $150 each at our studio.

We send a wardrobe guide a week ahead so nobody has to guess. The short version: solid, mid-to-dark colours photograph best, fine patterns like thin stripes should be avoided, and a jacket or second layer gives us two looks in the same session. If your company has a dress standard you would like everyone to follow, tell us and we will include it in the guide we send your team.

You get a perpetual, unlimited licence to use the images for your business — website, LinkedIn, press, recruiting, print collateral, conference signage. No expiration, no per-use fees, no renewal invoices. Employees receive their own portrait for personal professional use as well.

We retain copyright, which is standard, and it only limits reselling the images or licensing them to a third party. We will always ask permission before using any image in our own portfolio, and if your industry does not allow it, that is a simple no.

Not anywhere in the Omaha metro, including Council Bluffs, Papillion, La Vista, Bellevue, Elkhorn and Gretna. Beyond that, we will quote it plainly before you book.
