For over two decades, I've worked at the highest levels of photography – from Hollywood's celebrity circles to New York's fashion elite, from globe-spanning advertising campaigns to confidential lookbooks that dressed the President's family. My work has shaped imagery you've seen everywhere.

As a digital imaging technician and lighting specialist collaborating with photographers like David LaChapelle, Patrick Demarchelier, George Holz,  Daymion Mardel,  Robert Trachtenberg, and more, I helped shape the light that defined a generation of imagery. These photographers depended on my technical expertise to achieve their creative visions – from complex lighting solutions to real-time color grading. I've analyzed over a million frames, solved impossible technical challenges, and been an essential part of creating the images that stop you mid-scroll.

I started my journey in Los Angeles in 1998, learning the craft on film when every frame cost money and there was no "fix it in post." When digital photography emerged in 2003, I was among the first to master this new frontier. That early adoption taught me something crucial: technology is just a tool – vision and craft are what create unforgettable images.

My years in New York City and Los Angeles were spent in the trenches of high-fashion and celebrity photography – at sunrise call times, rigging equipment, and color-grading in real-time as images were captured. Through this collaborative work, I gained something no single mentor could provide: a complete understanding of what makes imagery truly exceptional, from LaChapelle's technicolor dreams to Demarchelier's effortless elegance to Holz's cinematic drama.

Why Omaha? Why Now?

In 2018, my wife and I made a choice that surprised our NYC friends, we moved to Omaha to raise our family. For years, I continued flying to shoots on both coasts, but when my daughter became old enough to know I was away, I realized it was time to plant professional roots here.

The shift is about more than geography. After years of creating high end commercial imagery, I'm excited to focus on work that matters to individuals – capturing forever memories for families, creating portraits that mark life's milestones, and producing images that will actually grow businesses and make an impact in my community.
