For the professional who needs one portrait that works everywhere.
A focused 45-minute session in our West Omaha studio or on location. Two wardrobe looks, guided posing and expression coaching throughout — you don't need to be good at photos, that's our job. Three fully retouched final images delivered in web and print resolution within 48 hours, with a print release for personal and professional use.

THE TEAM
Your whole department, photographed in one morning.
We bring the full studio to your office — professional lighting, backgrounds, and a color-managed capture workflow. Up to 15 people in a half-day session, roughly 10 minutes each, with one fully retouched image per person. Every frame is matched for lighting, color, and crop, so the finished set drops straight into your website and directory without a single mismatch. Delivered in 3 business days.
Additional people $85 each. We need a cleared 15' × 8' area and about 30 minutes for setup.

THE FULL DAY
For organizations that need everyone done at once.
A full day on site, accommodating up to 35 people, with time built in for leadership portraits that go beyond the standard headshot. Includes real-time image review so executives approve their own frame before we move on, one retouched image per person, and a group or department photo. Delivered in 5 business days, with your full matched set archived so that new-hire sessions six months from now look identical to today's.
Additional people $65 each. Multi-day and multi-location quoted on request.
Best for: firms of 25+, annual company-wide refreshes, and anyone who's been burned by inconsistent staff photos before.

FAQ
How much of my team's day does this take?
While times may vary, we recommend alotting 15 minutes per person.
What if someone is out sick that day?
It happens on nearly every shoot, and it's already handled. We archive the exact lighting, background, and color setup from your session, so anyone who misses it can come to our West Omaha studio within 60 days for a makeup sitting at $150, and their portrait will drop into your directory looking identical to everyone else's. No one has to be able to tell who was there on the day and who wasn't. If several people miss the session, we'll schedule a short return visit to your office instead.

What should employees wear?
We send a wardrobe guide a week ahead so nobody has to guess. The short version: solid colors in mid-to-dark tones photograph best — navy, charcoal, deep green, burgundy. Skip tight patterns like thin stripes and small checks, which can shimmer oddly on camera, and skip bright white or neon, which pull attention away from the face. Bring a jacket or second layer if you have one; it gives us two looks in the same session. If you wear glasses, anti-glare lenses are ideal, and if yours aren't, we can handle the reflections at capture. If your company has a dress standard you'd like everyone to follow, tell us and we'll include it in the guide we send your team.
What if we need to "Photoshop" or composite someone into our group photo?
$275 for the first person, $150 for each additional person in the same group image. Example: An employee who misses the day and needs to be in the leadership photo is $150 for the makeup sitting plus $275 for the composite, $425 total. We only composite photos we have taken.
Who owns the photos?
You get a perpetual, unlimited license to use the images for your business — website, LinkedIn, press, recruiting materials, print collateral, business cards, conference signage. No expiration, no per-use fees, no renewal invoices. Employees receive their own portrait for personal professional use as well. We retain copyright, which is standard, and it only limits reselling the images or licensing them to a third party.
